Perfect for an owner starting with the exciting vacation rental process. Our $500 sign up fee includes the services of helping with entering all the data and information needed for our web site. Up to 15 pictures will be shown per property. Contact and inquiry information will be sent via Email. An Availability Calendar will be created for your property. Owner/property manager will have automatic availability option of the property, so real time calendar is available to all. A 20% Commission will be payable to Overseas Connection for each successful rental from a client referred by Villas Of The World or Overseas Connection. We accept Visa, Master card and American Express.

SILVER PACKAGE
For Rent With Overseas Connection - FRWOC
Our Silver Package offers the same as our Bronze Package. Our $500 sign up fee includes the services of helping with entering all the data and information needed for our web site. Overseas Connection, however, will handle the total selling, servicing and booking of your property, from beginning to end. The cost for the Silver Package will be 1 week's rental credit or $ 5,000 (the greater of the two) sign up contract. In order to qualify for this package we must first review and accept your property. We must receive recent quality visuals depicting both inside and outside areas of your property. Overseas Connection will work on commission basis (see FAQ owner's for commission rates). Property can not be offered on a "NET" basis, nor any published rates with lower prices in any magazines or other web sites can be accepted.
