MAGNIFICENT BEACHFRONT ESTATE WITH 2 SWIMMING POOLS
Anguilla Estate 8147 overlooks the Caribbean Sea within a protective reef.

It offers spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the islands of St Martin and St Barts.

Truly the ultimate in luxury Caribbean living.

Situated within it's own private tropical gardens, this is truly the perfect holiday hideaway.

Enjoy your own private beach with beautiful white sand and direct access to the crystal clear waters.

This Caribbean paradise offers 3 separate villas with 9 bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces for up to a maximum of 19 guests.

As you enter the Estate you arrive through the Second Guest House which is also the Entrance Building, then onto the Main House, followed by the First Guest House.

The Main House is a beautifully designed, with many interesting features.

It embodies the indoor outdoor living style of the Caribbean, with its own tropical lush gardens filled with palm trees, hibiscus and bougainvillea, with a spectacular stone swimming pool.

The covered patio area leads into the garden and pool area.

You enter the Main House through the Upper Level. There is a main Living Room and inside Dining Area for 14 people. This area is equipped with a 42" Plasma TV. Followed by a Powder Room. Then the Kitchen and Utility Room.

Also on this level are 2 identical Bedrooms with King size beds, walk in closet and ensuite bathrooms.

All the rooms, lounge and dining areas, open out onto a large patio area with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea.

On the Ground Floor there is the Master Bedroom with 2 Queen size beds, that can be joined together to form a large King size bed. Bathroom and walk in closet with a private patio.

There is also a Single Bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

These 2 Bedrooms walk directly out to the garden, beach and swimming pool.

The First Guest House is connected to the Main House by a short walkway approximately 10 yards from the upper patio area. It can also be accessed by a separate outside staircase from the front and rear gardens. It comprises of four guest bedrooms, a galley kitchen, patio and swimming pool.

Upstairs is the large Master Bedroom with sitting area. It is furnished with a superb Ralph Lauren 6’ 6” four poster King size bed and has the most incredible views overlooking the reef and sea. Tastefully furnished throughout. With a large bathroom complete with walk-in closet, large walk in shower and outside shower.

A Galley kitchen that is fitted with cupboards, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and store.

Also a Guest Bedroom with Queen size bed, again tastefully furnished in neutrals. It has a built in closet and ensuite bathroom with large shower. Very elegant and simple. This bedroom would be best used by children connected to the users of the Master bedroom.

Downstairs is another large Master Bedroom with King size bed. This room leads out to the front garden and beach.

There is also a TV room, equipped with 2 large lounger settees in front of the TV. To the side there is a sofa with a pull out double bed.

In the same TV room there is a small kitchen with an open bar type counter, equipped with a hob stove top, fridge, wine cooler and sink. The TV Room can serve as additional guest bedroom if needed. It leads out onto the rear garden.

The Master Bedroom and TV Room share a Bathroom.

There is now a newly constructed 2,500 sq. ft. Entrance Building which makes up the First Guest House. It was built on 1/2 acre approximately 100 yards from the Main House. Within this area is a tennis court, parking area and a tropical garden. The pathway through the garden leads you through a Pagoda up to the front entrance of the Main House.

Upstairs there are 2 Bedrooms with Queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms, with sea views.

There is also a large living lounge with TV. A Kitchen and Dining Area with a small balcony with sea views.

Downstairs there is a Gym with bathroom, and sea views. Garage and Parking Area.

In total this magnificent Estate offers 9 Bedrooms and 11 Bathrooms. There are four King Master Bedrooms with dressing room and ensuite bathroom. Three Queen size Bedrooms with dressing room and ensuite bathroom. One Twin Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. One Single Bedroom with ensuite shower. A TV Family room with Queen size Sofabed. For up to a total of 19 guests.

Plus 3 Kitchens. A Main Lounge and Reception Area. Several Dining Pavilions. Beach Deck and Floating Platform. Barbecue. 2 Swimming Pools, Tennis Court. And Gym.

The ambience of these houses, gardens, and pools, with sea views, shows how the Caribbean living style can be enjoyed.

The protected patios and sun decks, coupled with the sea views, give you everything you need to take full advantage of this beautiful climate.

There are three choices of dining areas. - Inside the lounge dining area, which has spectacular views giving an inside outside dining experience. Or in the exquisite dining pavilion, specially built for that special intimate dining for 2, or a small group of 10. Or perhaps a beach barbecue on the spacious beach deck for the ultimate Caribbean evening dining for the entire family and guests.

This combination of facilities gives an unbelievable privacy for everyone. It allows families to holiday together or to also experience privacy when required.

The beach of white sand with a stone patio area is a very special private area. The beach and deck gives a choice of ways to enjoy the Caribbean sun and sea. It is also a perfect place for a barbecue at any time.

The staff have been chosen and trained to ensure that your vacation here on Anguilla should be everything and more than you would want it to be. Attentive yet discreet and non intrusive. Guests are taken care of by a staff who will ensure your stay will fulfill your expectations, they are there for you, however, they are fully aware that privacy is of the utmost importance. The Estate is staffed with daily house Maids. The full time Gardeners look after the grounds and ensure the pools are cleaned and everything is well maintained. A few things you can expect here are excellent First Class Laundry Service, fresh linen, towels and nightly turn down services, should you wish. Baby Sitting services are available at additional cost, trustworthy and reliable. A Chef is available at additional cost. Menu available on request.

Arrangements can be made for boat trips, water skiing, snorkeling and scuba diving. Mobile phones can be arranged and fax and email can be sent from the on-site office.

Truly a very special experience, this Estate enjoys many return guests each year.

Located in Little Harbour, the private beach is sheltered by Cinnamon Reef.

All Bookings unless otherwise agreed are based on a seven night stay, from Saturday to Saturday. There is an additional 10% Government accommodation tax and a 10% service charge, not included in above rates. A Refundable Security Deposit of 25% of the total invoice value is required for breakages, phone bills and all outstanding accounts.

Large groups, weddings and corporate or incentive groups - By combining Villa 8147 and Villa 20545, you will have your own personal 19 bedroom luxury resort, Anguilla Resort 20549. These 2 villas are separate and private from each other. However, discreet secure doorways in the adjoining gardens allow for an easy flow of guests between the properties should one party rent both villas. The staff are experienced in seamlessly working across both properties, creating a wonderfully intimate, yet incredibly spacious and comfortable experience for your guests. A multitude of flexible dining and entertaining areas mean that guest can be constantly surprised and delighted.
